1. LIMITED USE LICENSE - This license agreement permits you to install and use the Software on any single device provided that the Software is installed on only one device at a time. You are entitled to use the limited features of the unregistered Software. In consideration of the License fee paid to Valkyrie Software("ValkSoft") you are entitled to use the full features of the registered Software.
2. COPYRIGHT - The Software is owned by ValkSoft and is protected by Canadian Copyright Laws, international treaties, and other national laws. You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted product except that you may make backup copies of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes.
3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE - You may not rent, lease, distribute, sublicense or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble or create derivative works of the Software.
4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER - The Software is supplied 'as is' without warranty of any kind. ValkSoft and their suppliers will not in any event be liable for any loss, including consequential loss, caused by any error or defect howsoever arising. In any case liability shall be limited to the amount of the License fee paid.
Nothing in this agreement shall take away any of your existing statutory rights.
